At Loveiora, we care about our customers and want you to feel confident with every purchase. We know online shopping can sometimes be tricky, so our goal is to give you a smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish.

Returns

You may return or exchange eligible items purchased from our website within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and free from signs of wear.
  • All original packaging is included and intact.
  • The item has not been engraved, customized, or otherwise altered.
  • Any evidence of damage or use may void eligibility.
  • After 30 days, returns and exchanges are no longer accepted.

Please note that certain products cannot be returned, including intimate apparel, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.

To complete your return, we may ask for proof of purchase such as your order confirmation email or receipt.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please reach out to us at info@loveiora.com with your order number and the reason for exchange. Our team will guide you through the process according to the conditions listed above.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs.
  • If your item is valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. Loveiora cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds can take 2–3 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact us at info@loveiora.com so we can investigate further.

Warranty

We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, broken, or defective, it is covered under our lifetime warranty, and we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note:

  • This warranty covers replacements only, not refunds.
  • Items that are lost, intentionally damaged, or misused do not fall under the warranty.

Gifts

If your order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may return it for a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once your return is processed, we’ll send you a digital gift card via email.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us at info@loveiora.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We will verify the claim using carrier tracking and delivery confirmation. Requests submitted after 48 hours may not qualify for replacement.
