Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excl. Canadian holidays). Once payment is confirmed, we aim to ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll get an order confirmation and then a shipping email with tracking.

How long does delivery take?

Transit times depend on the method you choose at checkout:

Standard: ~7–20 business days (region-dependent)

Expedited: ~5–12 business days

Express: ~2–7 business days
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate after you receive it.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship with Canada Post, UPS, and DHL Express. All shipments include tracking.

Do you ship internationally? Will I pay duties/taxes?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Any customs, duties, or import taxes are set by your local authorities and are the buyer’s responsibility. Fees (if any) will vary by country.

My address has an apartment/unit—how do I enter it?

Please include apt/unit/suite and any delivery notes. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can delay delivery and may incur re-shipping fees if a parcel is returned.

What if my package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged?

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives visibly damaged, email info@loveiora.com
with your order number and photos of the packaging/item. We’ll file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

We move fast! If you need a change or cancellation, email info@loveiora.com ASAP with your order number. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to help.

How do I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your shipping email. If it hasn’t updated yet, give it 24–48 hours to activate.

I received the wrong item.

within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number—we’ll sort a replacement at no cost to you.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return window?

You can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase if they’re unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Customized/engraved items aren’t returnable. After 30 days, returns and exchanges aren’t accepted.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email info@loveiora.com with your order number and reason. We’ll guide you through next steps.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return postage is customer-paid. For items valued over $75, we recommend a trackable service or shipping insurance.

When will I get my refund?

After we receive and inspect your item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Banks typically take 2–3 business days to post the credit.

Sizing & Fit

Are your rings adjustable?

Some are! Product pages will note “Adjustable” when applicable. Gently open/close to fit; avoid frequent bending to keep the band strong.

Can you resize a non-adjustable ring?

We don’t offer in-house resizing, but most local jewelers can assist. If you’re unsure, choose an adjustable style.

Materials, Care & Allergies

What materials do you use?

Our pieces are crafted from materials such as sterling silver, 14k gold plating, and high-quality zirconia stones. Product pages list exact specs for each item.

Is your jewelry nickel-free and hypoallergenic?

Yes, our pieces are designed to be nickel-free and skin-friendly for most wearers. If you have known sensitivities, check the material details on each product page.

Will my jewelry tarnish?

All plated jewelry benefits from a little care. Keep away from water, lotions, and perfumes; store in a dry pouch; and wipe with a soft cloth. This helps maintain shine over time.

Can I shower or swim with my jewelry?

We recommend removing jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising to preserve plating and luster.

Payments & Promotions

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees.

Can I stack promo codes?

Unless otherwise stated, one promotion can be applied per order. Some items may be excluded from promotions.

How do I use a gift card or store credit?

Enter the code at checkout. If the total exceeds the gift amount, you can pay the balance with a card or wallet.

Product Availability & Preorders

Do you offer preorders?

Occasionally. If a product shows Preorder, you’ll see the estimated ship window on the page and in your confirmation email.

Warranty & Repairs

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

If your item arrives damaged, broken, or defective, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost. The warranty does not cover lost items or damage from misuse.

Do you offer repairs?

We don’t provide in-house repairs. For accidental damage or wear-and-tear, local jewelers can often help.
